A Complete Moment With Nature

The 'Nature' around us is lovely. It is brimming with life every moment. The fragrance of a flower, the chirping of birds, a small blade of grass, a tiny grain of sand and many more things. The very manner in which the Nature functions is worth observing. It is perfect. In fact, there is nothing imperfect in nature. Rather I would say Nature is moving gradually from one level of perfection to another.

We human beings are also a part of this Nature. We are made by the five essential elements i.e. air, water, fire, earth and ether. Therefore, we are no different from Nature. But then, at times, why do we feel incomplete within us? A feeling of something missing, a sense of incompleteness, isn't it? As if something more is required. Be it our material comfort, love, happiness, expectation, success and many other aspects. We want more. The desire for more never comes to a halt.

We all face this. I am no exception to it. But I think we must take a momentary pause. A pause to reflect on our life. We can ask," What is it that's missing? " Probably, the answer is that You are not in touch with Nature. Its been a while. Let me give You a small example. You will realise my viewpoint. I have used the word realise because a sense of realization comes from our soul. The soul is complete just like Nature.

Every day we take a shower in the morning. It is a normal routine. But have You ever taken a dive into an ocean or a river? How did you feel? Yes, the feel is beyond explanation. You realised how small You are in this existence. The sheer volume of never-ending water shattered your ego(mind). Somewhere deep inside you realised the abundance of Nature. It's way beyond what you can ever ask for in a lifetime. I have seen kids, children and even adults becoming totally ecstatic. Nothing more is needed. The very moment with the ocean is sufficient to feel complete.

I would request You to connect Yourself with 'Mother Nature'. Take a breath; a deep one to feel complete. Let the sunlight fill your room to make you feel complete. Feel the fragrance of a blossoming flower, watch the sunrise and the sunset, look at the waxing and the waning moon, feel the cool breeze, count the stars, watch the clear sky, dance in the rain, feel the softness of a fresh leaf. The list is never-ending.

"Everything in Nature can make you feel complete. And if You are a part of this nature, then You are nature itself. Just stay connected. "

Thank You, Dear Reader
